Does anyone know which current Verizon phones have noise cancellation? My understanding is that Motorolla phones, like my Razor, don't have noise cancellation built on the phone. Rather, they expect your bluetooth receiving device to have it. But then some cars, like BMWs, don't have noise cancellation in the car, expecting it to be on the phone. Basically my Razor sounds terrible. I thought it was just because my car was old, but when I had a newer loaner, it was still terrible. The stereo shop said the issue was the noise cancellation.

Does anyone have a list? I just want a decent voice only phone to work well with my car.

Besides a list, do anyone have a Verizon phone that works well with the bluetooth? My Razor V3 is not very good.

You will have a hard time finding a noise cancellation phone with Verizon. They do not allow companies to promote noise cancellation feature on their phone. Verizon thinks this implies their network can be noisy. Motorola's Crystal Talk noise cancellation works really well, but Verizon would not allow them to have it on a device.

This is very interesting. Too bad BMW doesn't just have it in their cars. Pretty minot effort, but a major drawback on quality.

My two Motorola phones (MAXX / 385) work perfectly considering that an automobile is not a perfect-noise free environment. (Except for my RR Corniche )

All my verizon phones in the past worked well from the razor, chocolate both versions, that little one that flips one way to text and another to talk, and now I have a dare all worked and sounded great although sometimes in a hole kinda sound but I think that is just bluetooth and not the actual phones.

what type of noise are you experianceing?

The Razor functions, but sounds terrible. The hole sound is part of it. My first post explains whats missing in NC on BMWs. Without noise cancelation, the reflections of the speakers off the roof of the car are slightly delayed from the direct sound. Some people claim their BMW has a sound quality that makes it seem you aren't even on a speaker - that because their phone has the NC.
