phone reception w/bluetooth

I have bluetooth enabled with a Motorola razr V3. incoming sound is perfectly clear but those receiving the call complain of echos, muffeled sound etc. I have tried reducing the audio system volume, talking while facing straight ahead etc. but the problems persist. Any suggestions?

Sometime it echos sometims it does not. I used to adjust the volume and it would improve. Now it I still get complaints. I hope this is addressed in a software release.
