I fixed it by doing the following. 1- press the tab with the voice on the steering wheel and say save name. 2- say the phone number that belongs to that name and say save. Now you are ready to go back and use the phone to dial out. It took me about 30min to enter my top 30 names from my book that I call the most.? Hope this works!

Thank you guys, it works now... I did what you said to do. So it never let you use your own phone book entry's ? What I mean is every bluetooth phone you have to set up your own voice phonebook?

Yep, you are right. You would have to set up the entries individually for the voice phone book.

The phone book will download the second time you connect with your car. It also takes a few minutes to complete the download.

My phone (V600) let's me use the voice dialing without having to save any names in the car phone book. I just push the voice command button. Wait for the beep. And then I can say, ie. "Call home", or "Call John" and it comes back with "Do you want to be connected to home?". I say "yes".

The 710 has separate voice dialing and the car has separate voice dialing.
