Yeah the video feature is nice, but I can live without it, if my blue tooth wokrs instead.
It just doesn't pair correctly, and the connectivity comes and goes while in conversation. I called sprint and asked if it's possible to use the previous revision of the software, but no luck.

 

If I only knew there were going to be problems with this latest update, I wouldn't have updated.

I was on the phone with Sprint for 30 min and Palm for (get this) 2.5 hrs!!! trying to resolve my charging and bluetooth issue (yeah I know, I'm too patient for my own good). I swear the rep had no clue how to resolve my problems. He kept putting me on hold and would always keep repeating every word I was telling him. Twice we got disconnected and to top it all off, because I was on the phone for so long my landline cordless phone battery died!

I've mentioned to them about the bluetooth problems with our cars so hopefully they're looking into it. I guess if enough of us call and b*tch about it then maybe we'll have this thing resolved sooner than later.

btw at the end of all this they told me they would contact me in 24 hrs. WTF! I gave them 48 hrs and no call/messages yet... :thumbsdown:

 

That is insane. Does anyone know a sprint smart phone that actually pairs and works all the time.
I really it for work, and this palm pre is not cutting it.

 

GOOD NEWS...LATEST UPDATE FROM 03/31/10 FIXES THE PROBLEM AGAIN JOY!!!
I JUST TRIED IT AGAIN, AND IT WORKED PERFECTLY.

BTW, they (Palm) never called me back to give an update on my status. :thumbsdown:
