Hi! I found very "interesting" problem with Nokia N73 phone. All works very fine with the car's BT (except address book etc.), but after the phone is disconnected from the car's BT system and used as a normal way, the speaker in the other end of the line hears his/her own speak as an echo.
I already got a new phone since I thought that the first one was a faulty one, but now I found that is is more likely to be a Nokia N73 phenomena:-((
The echo disappears when you take the SIM card out from the phone and put it back, and there is no echoing until you start using the phone with the car's BT again. Seems that the problem always disapperas when the SIM card is taken out. Has anyone faced the problem?
With the earlier 6630 model I had no problems at all. In the Nokia Care Line they could only wonder the problem.... Hope that the sw update will fix this problem... The phone is week old and with the latest sw, also the SIM card is brand new...

This is due to the symbian OS that Nokia uses. I have found that the symbian os will run into problems when interfacing w/ the BMW bluetooth

Problem fixed!
Seems that the latest software update to N73 (V 4.0726.2.0.1) fixes the widely known echoing problem of this particular Nokia model!!
