I've just purchased the Moto V3xx. On the BMW compatible phone list it mentions sanp in adapters for the V3 and the V3i. I trust that one of them will be compatible with the V3xx - but which one?

The list also indicates that compatibility is 'limited'. Limited in which way? It certainly paired easily and accurately.

I am getting the same phone but from what I heard, that phone is to big to fit in the adapter for the V3. I talked to another guy on the forum here, and that phone the V3xx works perfect with his iDrive.

I have a V3i (and V3c) and wanted to get the V3xx. I took my snap in adapter (V3 and V3i is the same adapter) into a store and asked to look at the V3xx. Unfortunately the V3xx is a little longer than the V3/V3i/V3c and the USB plug on the V3xx is inverted so even if the phone was the same size it wouldn't fit into the USB plug.

I don't think an adapter is available as of yet. The phone, however, works perfectly. I have had no issues with it. I like it so much, in fact, that I traded in my 8525 and am back to a phone and pda in seperate form. I also just got a K550i Sony Ericsson, and it also works flawlessly (so far)....
