I just bought it from ebay.de. You just go to www.ebay.de and do a search on V3 cradle. The total price with shipping is about $140. This price is similar to dealer in US. As Rudy said it is on back order in US. You have to get it from German.

just purchased mine from Ebay.de for ?74.90(plus shipping) from BMW dealer, they have two left at that price
