[/quote]Spoke with the service rep today at the Austin dealer... He used a lot of abbreviations I was unfamiliar with such as DIS. Sense I got was a full reprogram has to be hard plugged in due to amount of information, just a module can be done wirelessly.
Also asked about versions. They said they have been having problems with 13.3 and are recommending people to not upgrade to 13.3 (their current). Rep said they are expecting 15 as well.

Man, ive been to bayside so much between both cars i know the guys there by first name. The ONLY reason taht i was gonna go out to oyster bay is becasuse I just picked it up and they let me come back with no appt. Other than that my service will all be done at bayside.
Incidently I could never get the people at bayside to give me a nice deal. I save 5k on teh car by going out to oyster bay,.
