iphone issue

My Ride: 2005 530i Mystic Blue Metallic, Black Dakota Leather
i connected my iphone to the idrive system using bluetooth and its working fine but the name that appears on the idrive screen is "MIkey's Iphone" which is not me (probably the previous owner as i just purchased this vehicle).
i connected my iphone to itunes (to make sure) and my name appears on it as normal, but on the idrive screen its still good ol' mikey....
your expertise is appreciated fellas

Via your idrive it's either under communication or under BT settings, you should be able to delete devices....

well i tried deleting and then reconnecting but still no luck still comes up as Mikey's iPhone.....it really sucks, its my car, and my iphone, i would like it to show my name haha its only fair.....
please help

checked it on itunes and its MY name that comes up, so that part is good...........any more ideas fellas???

go into the bluetooth setting on the iphone and see if theres a option for displayed device name and change that.. also worse comes to worse do a hard reset..

no setting in the iphones bluetooth menu for display name......hard reset the iphone or the idrive???
