I used to see the caller's name displayed when I received a call from someone in my address book. Now the name isn't there. Anyone know how to fix this?

If it used to work and now it doesn't, assuming you haven't change anything on your phone settings, try deleting the phone pairing from the car and then re-pair the phone with the car. Not sure if this will fix your problem but it is worth a try and it is easy to do. Good luck.
