i-mate JASJAM / HTC TyTn functionality

My Ride: 2006 523i Auto, Titanium Silver, Black leather, BT, PDC, Hi-Fi Audio, Professional Radio.
I am not sure if the i-mate JASJAM is available yet, but should be pretty shortly. If available, has anyone tried to pair and use this with their BMW BT?
It looks a pretty decent phone with 3G/EDGE/HSDPA, Bluetooth v2.0 and Wifi 802.11b/g to mention but a few features. I would be very interested to hear if it is the real deal with phonebook transfer etc. Here is a link to some of the features... i-mate JASJAM
