how to get bluetooth working

okay when i bought my 04 530i salesperson told me it had bluetooth also in the owners maual i got a card with an serial number on it. i just purchased the motorola v600. my question is how do i sinc my phone with my car?

My Ride: 2011 F10 528i - Imperial Blue, Oyster/Black, Premium, Premium 2, Cold Weather, Xenons.
Hmmm... Afraid you may be in for a bit of a bitter pill here if you are a US customer. In the US, the bluetooth module is physically incompatable (meaning it actually won't fit) when paired with BMW Assist. If you search this board, you can find this subject discussed in detail, with quite current information.
Most of us are waiting for some fix... promised sometime Q4 '04....

Follow Desert530 advices in the link, i connected my SE T610 following is advices and it works just fine since first try.
