I got mine thanks to my local dealer and it works perfectly on V3i.
The signal is now 5 bars almost everywhere but the strange is that cradle has not an antenna connection to V3i in the rear but it is connected only to mini USB interface.
Where is , if any, the antenna connection to the phone ?
I don't think that antenna wire is connected to mini USB.
Anyone knows this matter better than me ?

Are any other parts needed beside the snap in adapter? How hard is the install? Thans!

My car was equippped with BT option since beginning, then it was only necessary to remove the cover of the eject box and replace it with the cradle.

Confused! Ricky says no other parts needed and ImolaRed says yes. I have 6/05 build 545. Any other thought?

To simply pair with the car and make calls hands free, there is nothing else needed other than a BT phone and the BT enabled car itself. BUT, if you want to use the car antenna (and charge) then you need the three parts. The snap-in adapter is NOT needed to pair the phone with the car.
Thanks!

Just ordered v3 snap in adapter from e-bay.de. Does anyone have the part #'s and costs for whatever else I need for the install? I understand that there are 2 other parts to order.
