Garmin Nuvi 765 and bluetooth

My Ride: E60 530i 2004
Since my 2004 530 doesn't come with a navigation system,I had to get a separate GPS unit.So I decided on the Nuvi 765 which comes with bluetooth,FM transmitter and a few other usual features.though I can make and receive calls now with the bluetooth system in my car,I couldn't load up my contact list(all 1,460 of it) on the Idrive screen.I was fiddling with the GPS unit and paired it up with my phone(Nokia E66) and guess what?The contact list loaded up,I could use the GPS like a phone.Loud and clear.works like a charm and if your phone has voice dial,you get to use that too.this could be a good solution for those who don't have bluetooth built in.
