I had the dealer install the CPT phone (rather than wait for BT). I have an 04 545 with Nav and Logic 7. About 20% of the time there is no sound through the hands free although the car does see the phone, and make the call - what am I doing wrong ?

I don't have mine yet but I'll offer a speculation -- Are you sure that everything is plugged in at the phone? It could be that all the pins arent making contact or something silly like that.
