I just bought the new Motorola e815 cuz Verizon says it's all good for all 2005 BMWs. Those with the V710 realized that our E60s didn't have full function. Attached is the chart that just got updated that tells you so. All I can say is, "it is about time".

So does the new phone pair with the 5? Does all the functionality work?

I just bought it on ebay and is on the way to me. I dunno if it will work for everything; however, the PDF chart off the Verizon website says that it does. So I'll wait and see if it works and I'll let you guys know if I get full function.

Sorry took so long but you guys know by now the e815 works great except people on the on the phone with me say they hear an echo. I think there's something wrong with my mic.
