I installed a BTUM a couple years ago and got a Moto E815 that was compatible. Recently, I "upgraded" to a Verizon LG env3 phone. Based on its Bluetooth protocols, I was sure it was compatible. It pairs and allows me to place and answer calls but won't download the directory. Anybody know if the LG is missing a protocol that the BTUM is looking for?

Any advice or hints?

That's a problem with Verizon's limitations they put on phones. My old LG phone did the same but my newer LG Dare pairs fine with the BTUM and got the contact list too.

I'm working with LG to figure out why the directory isn't getting picked up by the BTUM. He asked me what the Bluetooth software rev level is on the BTUM. Anybody know, or know how to find out?
