I cannot turn up the volume when someone calls me. I have to slow down to something like 60 km/h to be able to hear the other person. Neither the steering wheel nor the dash volume controls allow me to turn up the volume. Is this a bug or am I missing something? Phone is a Blackberry if this helps.

I don't think you're missing anything -- the volume should be adjustable by both the dash and steering controls as you've tried...
