on the online bmw parts catalogue it shows you the bluetooth retrofit kit.

is that all? it looks quite easy to fit. I guess E60's are pre wired because it does not show any wiring harnesses you have to buy and there is no pre-wired option available.
what do you think?

You need to have telephone pre. wiring (op. 640) to have the kit installed.
Including: prewiring, antenna, and power for the phone...
We do now have bluetooth, the BMW dealer installed it.... Works great!

E60Sim,
If I can ask, about how much did the retrofit cost? I am hoping they will get it to work here in US and wonder about the cost when it is ready.

The cost for material and installation was ?990 (1.200$), and that includes the eject box in the armrest.
One of the best features in E60, if You ask me..
