Are all '04 5's suppose to be Bluetooth enabled and anyone can go in to have it activated? Or is it only with certain options?

From the BMW service bulletins, it looks like all 5er's produced in March of 2004 and onwards are BT capable. My 545 was produced in the first week of March, and I had the retrofit performed just before Thanksgiving.
