Hi,

Pairing my nokia 6230i (firmware 3.70) with my E61 is no problem. But when I go to the communications menu on iDrive, it says "insert SIM".

Could the firmware of the 6230i be the problem? This site: http://www.bmw.co.uk/bluetooth/
only says firmware's 3.40 and 3.50 are compatible (in the scroll-down menu).
I've done exactly what is said in the pairing movie on this site: http://www.bmwusa.com/owners/bluetooth/howto

Should I downgrade my firmware or something? Or upgrade the software of the E61?

I thought the first time I attempted to reach my phone book, the car said that it was trying to download it or something, but I think I've forgotten to push "connect" on my 6230i, since my 6230i was in my pocket.
