Why NOT!!! I have to physically pick up the RAZR to get the second call/call waiting. Any answers? Any software updates for the phone OR CIP?

Here's an update of sorts to this Bluetooth/Cellphone thing. Whenever I'm on call and another call comes in, if I ignore the call, I lose BOTH Calls!!!!! If I'm on a call and answer the other call, If I hang up from the second call, I LOSE BOTH Calls!! I tired of this dropped calls issue. Anyone experiencing this problem? I'm using a Motorola RAZR, not sure of the version. Thanks
