. i'll give them a call again next week and probably have them call a few dealers in the mainland to help them solve the "mystery"

Cool and thanks for the info regarding the cradle. I just had a bad experience at Concord so will give East Bay a try next time around.

I left Concord after about four consecutive bad experiences, and have never looked back. I hear they have a strange commission structure there that skews their service.
