I can locate the phone and connect it but once it connects it starts to ring but no ones calling. I've tried clicking accept it accepts and says im on the phone with "*****" but is still ringing and when i click reject the screen stays the same and just keeps ringing when no one is actually calling. Help Please.

and, are you running any audio apps? even in the background? Make sure the phone is set to only use "handsfree" protocol with the car, not "headset". that's going to be on the list of services in the bluetooth preferences for the car's pairing on your blackberry.
while the car doesn't have a proper A2DP profile, sometimes phones don't send sound to the car using the correct protocol and thus the car thinks it's a call.
I'd take some pics and show you what I'm talking about, but I haven't had a blackberry for almost two years now. What I'm describing would cause the problem you are explaining, though.

I just disconnected the Elecronics charging unit that is located on the left side in the boot.cell phone
once disconnected., the radio and climate control and central computer all works perfectly.
