Our car has the S55, but I would definitely go for a Sony Ericsson had such a snap-in adapter been available when we acquired the phone. IMHO the S55 isn't a very good/user friendly phone, and it doesn't manage to sync anything but the SIM address book (which has limited capabilities). The S55 is probably a bit more durable than a SE phone.
