Anyway to remove the SOS idrive error?
As the title's say's,is it possible to remove the SOS failure error I get from the idrive when starting the car as I have replaced the faulty MULF module with a Telematic bluetooth module which had come from a car which had the factory fitted SOS phone? The bluetooth part of it work's perfectly.
Hello and thank's for the reply, when removing the MULF it was a simple plug and play without any coding, the bluetooth part of it work's perfectly but as I never has the SOS phone in the first place the idrive is throwing up an error as it's looking for it,my local independent BMW specialist has an autologic unit to do all the coding,I was just asking before hand to make sure it could be done.

Just code the KOMBI to remove the check for the SOS.

if you have a working NCSExpert set-up you can do this yourself.
