You should read your contract and make sure they didnt throw in any other crap. And when you pick up your car, dont go for any on the extra gimicks, I.E. paint wax protection

Got SA's reply. Very disappointing!
1st reply when asked BT activation;
TO INITIATE THE BLUE TOOTH SYSTEM THERE IS A $300 CHARGE.
2nd reply after my big complaint;
BECAUSE OF YOUR REQUEST, WE WILL WAVE ANY CHARGE FOR BLUE TOOTH INITIATION.
He does not answer any my points. I already sent my official complaint letter thru priority email at OC site. Let's see how BMWNA replies.

Tell them that you charge a $300 checkwriting fee before you will upcap a pen to sign the deal. See how they respond.
