CampioniShop: KW Suspensions !
This should have been your only contribution.
We cannot post pricing as it is lower than MAP. There are no E60 KW suspensions in stock in the US as distributors are not willing to stock as they are not good sellers.
We offer air freight included to all customers instead of sea freight for reduced delivery time.
Good luck with your Taiwan knock offs

btw i had KW v2 coilovers before. Got them for $1800 and it was a waste of money. Old design, old technology for $1800. You ever try Nex coilovers? Didnt think so.
its also illegal for any manufacturer to stop selling to you for discounting a product, thats setting a price floor and in the US it is an illegal practice. My fathers company has been to court over 25 times with a major company for doing just this and has never lost
Are you actually suggesting that not a single shop in the US has KW coils in stock right now? How could you possibly know what other shops do and do not have.
We have been approached by the manufacturer of NEX coilovers to create our own line of products multiple times. While I have never held NEX coilovers in my hand, I have held comparable units from the same manufacturer and can attest to crappy valving, unlinear dampening and mild steel construction. You wouldn't believe the actual cost of these coilovers if I told you. We have no desire to develop a knock-off, low end business.
Regarding MAP pricing, we can discount the products as we wish, privately, however it cannot be disclosed on advertisements, which is what MAP stands for. We abide by these rules and value our relationships with manufacturers.
No distributor has E60 KW coilovers in stock in the US.

Also on the NEX coils, I have compared them to Tein and Tanabe and very similar to KW. I have had tons of coilover systems from the very expensive to the very cheap and they have all performed their task, some just do it better than others. You are fully aware KW has an inferior design for lowering and yet youll make comments about a fully threaded body coilover and how crappy it is when you have never actually used their system
If you posted a price and contributed to the forum i bet you would get some sales as people still want KW (for whatever reason)
please tell me how much nex gt coilovers cost Golden Apple per unit, id love to know.

Quote me a price for KW V3's for my M5. Remember that there are MANY vendors on here with pricing, so be very, very aggressive with your price. If it's way off the mark, I won't bother responding back.
This will be my last reply, if you wish to continue this discussion we can do so via PM.
The Supreme Court of the United States of America ruled in favor of MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) policies by the settlement of the following case:

MSRP pricing is already posted, we abide by Iceman's rule and customers can get a feel for the cost of the product by factoring in a reasonable discount. We did contribute to the forum but we changed account, thus we need to do so again.
Chinese factories are manufacturing factories, no R&D is performed. They will require a product sample be sent to them and they will simply replicate to the best of their abilities the product in question. There is little to no quality control which leads to a massive bad unit per good unit ratio. These companies offer you warranties, and they'll honor them and even replace units at very low cost because it is an intricate cost calculated in their pricing. Depending on the amount of coilovers you order and specifications, you can get a set for 100 - 150 USD.
Buy quality, buy once. Buy cheap, buy twice.
Your call. And that's end of it.

I read that case before and its currently being contested last I read.
Like I said ive had KW coils before, and it was expensive for what it was. It performed like other coilovers I had in the past, with excessive noise and the support from KW about it was "coils make noise....sorry".
As far as the chinese/tawainese coilovers go as long as the perform and dont break then ill be happy with them. I paid 2400 for kw v2 after install and it was a good ride but way too much money and too many problems
Good luck with selling KW coilovers

So there basically is NO way to get rid of the noise?!
While this thread has been through a lot for it's one and a half pages, and I see that ChampionShop isn't getting too much love here, I think its still a great result - even if it saddens me, since KW is the ONLY way I can drop my Xi without serious suspension issues. It is a great result, because now at least I KNOW (as opposed to guessing, based on what others think) that there will be no way to get rid of the noise. Bummer, I was really hoping to get them...

Noise noise noise. You have to also keep in mind people that coilovers were meant for racing applications. That target audience doesn't really care about noise that much.
I'm not saying that's an acceptable excuse because many companies have developed a far superior method of adjusting height than using helper springs. Just my 2 cents.
