Be patient guys, as what EuroCarFan has noted.. It isn't CarLab's fault taking so long to produce the dyno charts. If you guys want more informations, you can contact EuroRev from their website (www.Eurorev.com). They are the ones that do the chip upgrade and they should be glad to answer any questions you have.

And since CarLabs is the company offering to sell this to us, I don't feel it's our responsibility to go to their supplier to get the info. What ever happened to customer service and responsiveness??
I am running this business alone and i have only one other person that helping me. Most of the time i am very busy here at the shop (answer call, place an order, accounting, customer service and other things that need my attention urgently. that is why it is better if you reach me via email/phone.
I have talked to speedinnovations/eurorev regarding the dyno result, unfortunately they haven't get back to me yet.
I am a guy that stay in front of a computer all day long to look at forums. I suggest that you do business with me first before jumping into conclusion about my business ethic.

I can understand how busy small business owners can be, but the fact is you represented a product--and its performance claims--to prospective customers, and--after 2 months--you've failed to back up the claims you made (that's right--you made the claims, so don't try to hide behind your suppliers). From my perspective, the first rule in business is that the customer is number one. If--for whatever reason--you can't respond to legitimate questions--after 2 months--then you're not keeping the customer number one, so I question how responsive you'd be if/when you had our money...
If you can't get your suppliers to be responsive to a pre-sales question, how can we be comfortable that you'll have any more success if/when there's an after-sales problem (like the dealer erasing the ECU code)???
In a world filled with hype and empty promises, pardon me if I'm skeptical of somebody who makes bold claims and then can't back them up with answers to basic questions.

This is getting old, You posted everywhere regarding this eventhough is an off-topic. FYI i don't make those claims. It was provided to me by speedinnovation. Anyone here that deal with me before knows what kind of customer service i provide, WHY, because they are my customer not "potential customer" and they spend their money already. I received tons of phone call from "potential customers" but 10% make it to sales. So i will keep my priority to people that are already on my list.
Customers that are serious about getting a chip done will come and tested for themselves not by dyno figures alone simply because different cars will produce different result. Which one is better dyno or test the real thing.
Put it this way, what if i posted a dyno result and make it a non-refundable purchase, will you buy it???
probably not, but wait don't you want a dyno result, i can give you an original copy showing the gain. You don't have to teach me how to run my business. I know how to do it. I don't need customers that will give me drama over some $400. I already mention from the beginning that this event is money back guarantee, no questions ask. If you don't like it we put it back to the original settings. It is up to the customers to decide. We don't forced them to buy it, simply give it a try.
You for one so skeptical about everything that the only real mods on your car is hardwired V1. To make you happy and sleep well I will closed this thread until i got dynospec back from speed innovation and pardon me find something else to entertain you.
Also pm me your address so i can deliver the dyno result (laminated and framed) to you personally.

Grasshopper, grasshopper...
First, you did make those claims--see your post above...
You are the supplier to the end customer, so don't give us the line that you're not making the claims. If you're not standing behind YOUR supplier's claims...then you shouldn't make them to your potential customers.
So what you're saying is you only pay attention to customer who are willing to fork over money to you without any questions
, and not to those--potential customers--who might have questions
. So--using your numbers--you're only catering to those 10% who accept your claims. Just think, if you only cared about the other 90%, you could increase your business by...10X...but don't let me tell you how to run your business.Your money back claim is interesting, but my time is worth much more than spending the time to have something installed on my car--with no dyno charts to back it up--only to have to come back later, and waste my time, if/when the performance claims aren't true. See what I mean? Plus you've never satisfactorily answered the question regarding whether the mod will be detectable by the dealer...
And, no, don't send me the dyno charts by email--please post them on the forum so all can see...
Hi to all,
The reason that there is no dyno is because the software that eurorev and speed innovation sells does not work. The people at Powerchip told me that someone stole some 'development versions' of software from them before he was fired and he uses them at eurorev now. I was going to use them but I found out the truth before it was too late. Powerchip says that it has had to remove the eurorev chips from many customers cars due to poor performance.
You can call Powerchip and ask them directly. Or PM me if you have any questions.
