Tony,

I fully understand about both. Thank you, can we talk about an M5 trunk finisher? I just don't want to stop.

-----REVIEW-----

Ok, not sure if this should be a separate thread or not, but here it goes.

First, I've always been a little odd about buying from people online, the whole not trusting people thing. After seeing so many successful transactions from almost all of his customers made me rethink my stance. I ordered 3 items on the 8th of December; 1. M-Technic Body Kit 2. 172 style rims and 3. M5 Idrive knob. A large portion of communication was relying on messages back and forth. I really had to speak to him, so of course Tony and I exchange numbers and actually called. I couldn't see spending such a large chunk of money without actually talking to someone. So, I called and we talked about payment methods and all that. PayPal was the leading choice, except they charge a 3% fee. Well, I just decided to head to the bank and transfer money when it hit me. I'll just wire the money, cheaper than the 3%. Of course it was extremely less secure than PayPal and using a CC. I decided to trust in Tony and call him up for all the cash wiring information. Big leap of faith for me! So, he received the money in less than 2 hours, and we started the process.

Since the whole money transaction went SO smooth, I felt no worries about the product. I get a call on the 11th from tony saying: "I've shipped out two of your items, and you should get them tomorrow by 1". Keep in mind, he called me at 11ish my time, which is 2 his. Everything showed up at my door step no more than 20 hours later. I was shocked to say the least. FAST!!!! Also, everything was packaged nicely, though he added no additional packaging. Mainly though, because the rims had been packaged rather well from BMW. The body kit boxes had a few minor holes that were taped up, but everything inside was snug and intact.

Currently, the car and body kit are in the shop. I was extremely excited to feel that within a week I was able to order a product, get it and have the installation started. The rims are sitting in the garage waiting for TireRack.com to send out the Bridgestone Potenza RE-01R. They should get here early next week. So everything will have finished up no more than 12 days after initially placing an order with Tony.

Thanks Tony!

Things for improvement:

1. He expressed he would send me the shipping codes so that I may track the progress of the shipment -- Never received that.
2. The part that is on order, I would at least like to get a round about time when you'll even get that -- I trust you'll send it when you get it, but would still like an update.

ummm.... I have nothing else, I was extremely happy with the transaction and will seriously order again from Tony.
This needs to be a thread of it's own. It will get lost in here. I usually don't read this thread, but from time to time I check to see who has ordered what from quad_m. If a separate thread is created in the Main forum more eyes will see it and know that he's a person to be trusted even with wire transfer. Just my two-cents.

its much more economical to get the M technic KIT from BMW
its almost the same money amount when you add the shipping and handling to total when purchased
separate aero parts.
