On the M-tech front end, when they paint it with the headlight washer covers in place, do they come off easy to attach to the washer mechanism?

Hey Tony, I need to ship my stock front bumper and side skirts to Hawaii and I'm located in Los Angeles. I was wondering if you could provide me with the dimensions and the weight of the boxes when you ship out the M-Tech kits. I've been trying to contact UPS and FedEx, but they can't give me a shipping quote without the correct information. I sent you a PM, please help. Thanks!
