reading all this reminds me of a local replacement window seller. he took tons of orders and deposits for replacement windows and took too many months to install, if at all. He also tried the "terms and conditions" line, however when these poeple found out there were so many they went to the local district attorney. This guy ended up having his assets frozen, investgated for embezzlement, charged with "corrupt business influence and seven counts of theft", and sent to prison for nearly five years, and has to make restitution of nearly $500,000. All this because he was making excuses to his clients, not returning calls, not delivering the product in a timely matter, they finally got fed up and went for any recourse they had. This is a true story and I can provide words for a google search if you want to verify.

Thanks Tony for the PM. Just to let everyone know, (and he didn't ask me to post this) Tony gave me an acceptable time frame in which my kit would be shipped. I'll let everyone know when it's shipped.

I dont know why everybody is stressing like this, I am on top of all the orders and working on them everydayplease let me do my job and if anything members can PM me for the status. many people ordered the kits at the same time frame
thats why its very difficult to satisfy at the same time. so lets be patient guys..

I know how you feel Tony... It must be hard for you. Guys, Tony is a honest man and stuck with all this. Please don't stress him. I know he will deliver all the items for you. I received my rear m5 bumper next day after he pmed me saying the item was ready to ship.
Remember he gives us the cheapest price in the world for this kit. I asked any BMW dealers and special stores (they quoted me between $2800 to $4500 for the kit).
