E63 facelift?

My Ride: 535d (4/05) M Sport, Carbon black, Black dakota leather, Sport seats, Xenon, Navi prof, Hi-fi pack, AS, BT, PDC, Sunroof
Basically its a when and what question. I think I remember reading a post that said that the facelift was about to come in 2007 but I am not entirely sure. If anyone has details on the changes (the new auto box etc) too I would appreciate the info.

no real facelift for the e63 thru its life cycle, they will making a slight change to the front spoiler, but only those that intimately know the beast will notice it

the 28th of january should be the official announcement, but lets wait for it... BMW has a habit of being late with announcements...

My Ride: (USA) 645Ci, Silver Gray, Chateau, Cold Weather PKG, Premium Sound PKG, Sport PKG, Step, NAV [Std Equip in 645], HUD, Satellite (SIRIUS) Radio, Aux Input, Bluetooth enabled using iPhone 3GS w/ adapter cradle - Build date - 01/05, Baby delivered 2/24/05
Any reason for not doing the improved (read e92 335i here) STEP for the bigger engines? Or is that the reason, the bigger engines/torque?

my dealer said something on the lines of : the 6-er is the smallest selling model of the bmw range, hence bmw wont invest much money to improve it... in addition the sales of the 6 have been remarkably consistent, and have not fallen out like the e60
