Has anyone removed there charcoal filter from the airbox and noticed a BIG throtle response difference?? I decided to removed it last night and took the car for a spin, and wow...the car feels a lot faster now from the quick throtle response.
+1 on the charcoal filter deletion!

+1 on the SB!

I will tbal chime in on this one..he just recently installed his...
lol

Welllll, how the tps sensor could go just like that is weird, maybe just a coincidence? I read A LOTTTTTT of reviews, not once I read anything about any parts failing. The only one problem I seem to read about is having to fill up gas more often

I think the Sprint Booster, Charcol delete, KN Dropin Filter is a good combo! Add exhaust and your set

Also if you install the 650i Engine cover on the 645s, and vice versa, you can gain about 10hp. BMW did this on purpose.

And 5hp for each sticker you slap on your car

I think since the Sprint booster tap inline with the throtle sensor that might shot it? Let see...mabe I'll give it another shot in this car.

One of the first couple mods I did. I noticed the biggest improvement in throttle smoothness in low speed situations like stop and go traffic in my SMG. I also added the BMC high flow filter and RPI scoop at the same time.

Does removing the charcoal filter void any part of the warranty?

Does anyone have pics? Is the charcoal filter underneath the airfilter?

The Charcoal Filter is actually ABOVE the air filter, it is a grayish color.
