With the M6-ers moving to Dinan's 3.91 gears, I was wondering if anyone has transplanted the old M6 LSD into a 645 or 650?

If not, would it work?

I looked into swapping my 545i diff with the M5 diff two years ago. Not possible. Your alternatives are Quaife or Koala differentials.

It's more than just a swap of differentials. A lot more and very costly, but if you have enough money nothing is impossible. It was two years ago so I don't remember the specifics.

Whats the rough cost involved with those diffs? Even worth it?
