V10-Powered BMW E30 M3! I Repeat: V10-powered BMW E30 M3!
Do I need to say it again? Probably not, but here I go again… a V10-powered BMW E30 M3! (Insert meme of man with his hair on fire.)
Many folks love the 400-horsepower, 4.9-liter V8 engine from the turn-of-the-century M5s, but personally, I’m more of a V10 guy. Because Formula One. The 5.0-liter V10 found in the E60 M5 and E63 M6 is a technological masterpiece, and it sounds and revs just like its motorsport brethren. Something that’s accentuated even more when fitted on this tiny and oh-so agile E30 M3.
As we can see in this awesome video by Fullboost, this super-swapped BMW wreaked some serious havoc at what looks like a well-organized race on public roads in Australia. According to the video’s description, the event consists of tackling a 1/4-mile stretch of road that curves slightly to the right, which even includes a short braking area. The V10-powered M3 managed to do it in 12.02 seconds.
Lovely stuff!
