Postcard from Lime Rock Park

Happy Fourth of July 5series! Hope the meat you’re grillin’ and beverage you’re sippin’ is treating you well on this holiday weekend. While you’re relaxing, 5series is here at Lime Rock Park to bring you the action at this weekend’s American LeMans Race. BMW has a moderate presence in Connecticut with 1 series and the Rahal Z4’s  on track this weekend.

As for the track itself; it’s fantastic. Great elevation change and blistering lap times are what most drivers and fans want and Lime Rock has both of those. Cars complete a lap in a minute and some change, but times don’t come easy. Track space is at a premium and when cars go two wide a driver is definitively puckering some part of his body.
