BMW M3 Wins Continental Tire 150 At The Glen

Saturday’s Continental Tire 150 at the Glen was a banner event for Fall-Line Motorsports; all three of the team’s BMW M3 entries placed in the top four, but the icing on the cake was when co-drivers Mark Boden and Bryan Sellers crossed the finish line into victory lane with their No. 46 M3. Their teammates Al Carter and Hugh Plumb in the No. 45 M3 garnered another podium finish, placing third, while Charles Espenlaub and Charles Putman in the No. 48 M3 completed the 2.5 hour event in fourth place.

The Boden and Sellers victory marks the second win of the 2013 GRAND-AM season for the BMW M3. In the manufacturer point standings, BMW sits at fourth place.

BMW of North America Motorsport Manager, Gordon McDonnell said, “Congratulations to Fall-Line Motorsports for winning the Continental Tire 150 and finishing all three BMW M3s in the top-four on Saturday. BMW was proud to have provided pace cars for the Sahlen’s Six Hours weekend and continue to expand our relationship with GRAND-AM.”

BMW racing sees its next battle at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway road course July 26.
