An athlete must be exercised, and the E39 BMW M5 – arguably the best M5 ever – is a machine deserving of some exercise.

YouTube user “iloveredline” thought he’d capture the exercising in action, and the video that results is filled with the types of sounds that are perfect for cheering you up on a Monday morning.

A commenter by the name of Jacques Sahyoun said, “That’s how you’re supposed to drive an E39!” Is there any other way to drive an M5? The concept of “slow” does not enter an M5’s existence.
