The 2017 MBLM Brand Intimacy Report was just released, and BMW tops the list. This year, BMW ranks as the #1 car manufacturer based on the Brand Intimacy Agency’s studies, beating all other car companies. This report backs up what many BMW owners already know: BMW is second to none when it comes to the highest quality vehicles and greatest customer experience.

According to MBLM, brand intimacy is defined as “the new paradigm that leverages and strengthens the emotional bonds between a person and a brand.” Based on their findings, brands that rank highly in this report outperform the S&P and Fortune 500 indices in overall revenue and profits over the past 10 years.
