My Ride: F10 M-Sport

I believe it allows a pre-lci E60 to playback ipod/ipad via the 6-cd changer fiber optic connection located in the glove box. This allows playback and control thru the i-drive in what was the cd changer function. Also requires coding. Hope this helps.

Gents - the BMS USB cable -- or Burger Motor Sports USB cable is used to interface a laptop with a BMS JB3 or JB4 to upgrade it or monitor the system.
What is a JB4 you ask......ah google that one--awesome little device I just picked up myself
