Default help.. flickering lights

I noticed when my car was being started my depo tails were flickering. Can anyone tell me why and what I need to do to fix this. Also I upgraded my halo headlight bulbs and they are flickering as I'm starting my car..

As turboawd says, LEDs will flicker at startup and from time to time afterward because the car is sending some electrical pulses to the lamps to detect if they are burned out. The pulses don't cause dimming in incandescent bulbs because they don't react that fast. The pulses cause flickering in LEDs because they do react fast.

No light error messages at all. I've had the upgrade halo bulbs for a yr. Just noticed the flicker reflecting off the windows while sitting at a duncan donuts when I went to restart my car... I noticed the Depo tails flicker when the wife jumped in and started the car. The depos have Lil black box each and i thought this were resignators

A little pulse that the computer sending out for the bulb check. Nothing for you to worry about.
