Ummm .... a little more detail might be appropriate here. Wht part? What were you told? What were you looking to accomplish? What contacts did you have with Umnitza to try and resolve the problem?

Yeah, I'm interested in details too. I have had a good and bad experience with Umnitza. They're good people - especially Tim and while I won't say I would never do business with them again - the last time I needed an item I went with another vendor and was satisfied.
Let's hear the details and if they're similar to mine, I'll back you up. But I'm otherwise not gonna pile on Umnitza without hearing what your beef is with them.
