A: since its a "replica" the fitment is 99% good
A: You DO NOT need to remove the metal bar (that would be dangerous)
A: it is the same specs as the OEM ones
We stock A LOT Once you order with us the parts will leave the next day via Bax Global or UPS.

I just bought front numper (came with a set of foglights for LCI E60), sideskirts and rear spoiler from Joe and got it painted and installed by them as well.
I must say the fit is almost perfect. The fit for the sideskirts and rear spoiler is 100% in my eyes.
The bumper fit is 99% with two caveats:
The headlight washer covers are about 95% to me, but unless you are staring at them you cannot tell.
Lookwise, I am ok with the PDC sensors being more recessed than OEM. But the problem I ran into is that PDC is giving false alarms from the front left and right sensors when there is nothing there.
Over the weekend, I accidentally backed into the flower pots at my house when both my front (false) and rear (real) PDC alarms went off.
I have an appointment with Joe this Friday and hopefully the problem can be fixed with adjustments.
So, if your E60 has no PDC, I would say have no fear about the fitment, It's as good as OEMs - I would recommend them 100%. By this Friday I am sure I can say the same thing about PDC's as well.
I will post some pics as soon as I can.
BTW, the price is great, too.

To those of you who ordered the bumper and had it painted locally, how much did it cost to paint and install?
I'm trying to gauge how much it will actually cost installed.
Thanks!
