MTEC V2.1 is signficantly brighter and whiter. It is brighter than the AiB V3 which is $300! RDash is an exact replica of the PIAA. PIAA is only a name and makes no difference except for a nice packaging. the MTEC V2.1 has beautiful packaging along with one of the most technological advanced heatsinks. Beware of other angel eyes that fades out after 6-8 months use.
