I'm definitely interested, but I still don't understand what is required for installation. In the example movie the plate comes out of the lower grill, so I'm guessing it needs to be cut but I'm unsure how. Do you have any better photos of the install process?

I cut the lower grill with a dremel. I have done it for my previous 545i and now my M5. I will post more pictures. Member Krazi Bluntz have it on his car and I installed it. It's not hard to install at all. Just cut, drill, mount, and wire it up.

I thought u dont need front plates in Texas!! We in NY and NJ NEED this.

I bought my E60 M5 from Porsche of North Houston. The bumper had no front plates.
