What sort of pre-paint preparation is needed on this bumper? Does it need filler/sanding like my shop suggested might be the case with most fiberglass products, or does the bumper arrive ready to paint?

if you do not have PDC, for sure the holes will need to be filled. with our body shop with the ones we've done, sanding and priming is necessary before painting.
