An Introduction to Klassen Wheels | Acute Performance
For those of you who are not yet familiar with Klassen here is a little introduct

Engineered and designed with both performance and style, Klassen utilizes classic wheel designs along with sophisticated proprietary forging process to provide the best all around multi-piece wheel available.

With over 15 years in the automotive industry, Klassen brings wealth of knowledge and history into each of its products. Engineered and designed with both performance and style, Klassen utilizes classic wheel design along with sophisticated proprietary forging process to provide the best all around multi-piece wheel available. Engineered using the latest CAD/CAM and FEA software technologies, couples with tight machining tolerance and precision. Klassen has set the new standard in modular wheel quality. One of the few wheel companies that meet both JWL and TUV standards. Klassen brings attention to detail and unmatched fitment and finish to the wheel world.
KLASSEN Leichtmetallrader is a company which focuses strictly on quality, exclusivity and durability. These wheels are not for everyone but only for those who know the difference and can afford to choose.
The wheels are made from 6061 aerospace grade aluminum. The forgings are made with a 8000 lbs. hydraulic press which is better than conventional rotary forgings that are standard for most other forged wheels. Before cutting, the aluminum goes through the T-6 heat treatment process in order to significantly increase the durability of the material.
KLASSEN products are among the few that meet both JWA and TUV quality standards. They are made and assembled in USA and show the quality that is easily distinguished by naked eye.
