IM not sure you can do a diffuser for this type of bumpber kit but you want to call them tell them you spoke with rjcastr anotehr member that is getting this from them ask for Tim.

Have you gotten new rear bumpers in yet? And if so, are you still offering that whole package deal for the front/side/rear? is the $800 including shipping or is that seperate? Lastly, what is PDC? I have a 2004 530i, not sure if i were to order, would i get the "w/ PDC" option.
