So I searched all over town and just for the paint it is going to cost over $500. This POS city sucks. I can't afford these with the local paint prices so I am going to have to back out. I really apppreciate the time you spent getting me this killer price but unfortunatly it just isnt going to work with the local paint rates.

Ordinarily, I do not like to do pre-painted but when you have the issue you have, it's probably the only way

Hey umnitza, if you are going to be finding out a price for your local shops, please also find out a quote for the whole kit (silver grey) for me as the paint thing is the only thing holding me up from ordering the kit, not that I have a quad exhaust... Most of the quotes here in Canada are $1500 or more, and that's without install, and all sorts of caveats about seeing the bumpers first. I've been tryin to find shops in buffalo, ny, but even that has proved challenging without living there...

 

The best shop in my area will charge $800 for a completely painted set.
But we're trying to find a lesser priced option of about $350-500 for the complete set.
The only issue is shipping to you, which hopefully means you'll pick up in Buffalo?

 

Yeah, there's no problem with me picking up in Buffalo, pre-painted would be ideal, especially at the prices you are talking about!

 

We're looking around right now for a less expensive shop for some of you. While we don't like the idea of pre-painted, we'll do what is necessary to get you the correct parts/pre-painted if you wish.

Greyhound is perhaps the least difficult of all the carriers.

1) It allows for pick up any time
2) Most stations can do a local drop off for $25
3) There is no mishandling of product ever
4) They do occasionally delay a box by 2-3 days at the worst but never damage it
5) They can issue a trace and tell you exactly where your package is
6) they are almost always located within 10 minutes drive of any major location
